Kellenberg Honors Fallen Athletic Director, Chamiande Grad
Firebirds softball pay tribute to Ed Solosky with win.
This past Friday night the Kellenberg Memorial Varsity Softball team played a benefit game against Our Lady of Mercy Academy at Hofstra Stadium with all proceeds from the event benefiting the Solosky Memorial Children’s Fund.
This fund was created by Kellenberg Memorial High School for the children of Edward Solosky who .
Solosky, who was from Westbury and had family in Mineola, was also a 1980 graduate of and the Kellenberg Athletic Director.

The fans in attendance were able to pay tribute to Solosky and also were able watch an exciting game of softball as the Firebirds continued their undefeated season by winning 1-0 on a homerun from catcher Alexandra Pisciotta.
