DISHONEST!!!!
Of course their first impression is great. It's a game to get you to trust them. But the bottom line is they are very dishonest. They intentionally overcharged me because they knew I had cash coming in from the guy who hit me. Their estimate was fair and Jimmy said that there is one part on the estimate that may not be needed and he wouldn't know until he opened it up. Sure enough, he as much as fully admitted that he DID NOT have to change that $200 part. However, the final cost was NOT $200 less than the estimate. His excuse, it was a GOOD CASH DEAL. Taking advantage further because I couldn't get in to argue due to a severe illness and had to send my wife to pick up the car, he didn't answer my calls.
The partner (Josh ?), having no clue about my discussions with Jimmy, was abrupt with me on the phone and pretended he knew what went into my body work. When he looked at the estimate after the work was complete, he said, "YEP! Looks like everything that is on here was done!" LIAR!! You're busted!
There are plenty of auto body shops in the area. I'm sure he isn't the only dishonest one but go down the road, get other estimates and be cautious.
