Sweetbriar Nature Center held an animals after dark presentation for about 30 children at the. The children got a first hand experience with nocturnal animals such as an owl, apossum, hedgehog, and others.
Even the parents were raptured by this hands on presentation as the children learned about the history and habits of the animals present. The children asked many questions and everyone had the chance to pet a bunny, play with a hedgehog, and watch an apossum eat a snack right off the table.
