The term Reiki stems from the Japanese rei meaning universal or intelligent, and ki for energy. During a Reiki session, the practitioner lightly places his or her hands over or on areas of the clothed body.  The energy flows to where it is needed which is particularly beneficial in supporting blocked or diminished regions thus promoting a sense of harmony, alignment and relaxation on all levels. Filipazzo Wins UAlbany Cross Country Invitational

On Saturday, the men's and women's cross country teams had their final tune up before moving into the championship portion of their schedule. The Panthers, along with a handful of other teams that included Division I talent, took to the field at the University of Albany Cross Country Invitational.
