Why Go: The Floral Park Belmont Festival will feature three live bands, traditional Irish dance performances, bouncy rides, face painting, clowns, the Floral Park High School kickline team, and various acts throughout the evening.

Where/When: Seventh Street, Garden City, Friday, June 10 from 6 to 10 p.m.

Why Go: The Garden City Belmont Festival will feature dance groups, live music, family-friendly activities and a “Wing Off” chicken wing competition. Lots of fun and activities for the entire family.

Where/When: Saturday, June 11 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Why Go: Exhibitions performed by MAA Travel  Teams, Local Clubs, First Touch Soccer, and the LI RoughRiders. Food, Refreshments, Rides and other activities in conjunction with the Portuguese-American Fair.

Why Go: Explore the function of fur on the bodies of mammals at the Furry Fun Science station and play a fun fur matching game.

Why Go: Billy Bones teaches zany, well-crafted lessons on how to stand, talk, laugh, eat and sing like boisterous buccaneers.
