Nightlife in Mineola This Weekend

All the hot spots to check out the weekend of November 4-6 in Mineola.

After a long, hard week at work you deserve some fun. Concerts, contests and entertainment, we’ve got you covered when it comes to nightlife in the village. Let us be your guide to all the fun in town for all the hottest spots to check out this weekend in Mineola. Every Friday, we’ll be running down the hottest spots in Mineola to plan your weekend.

Concerts

 will host Flashback on Friday evening. Come back on Saturday to check out of the 60s, 70s and 80s. Both shows begin at 8 p.m. and cover charge is free.

The NYCB Theatre at Westbury has a full line up this weekend. Ray Manzarek & Robby Krieger, of the Doors, will be taking the stage this Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, be sure to check out the Doobie Brothers and Jon Anderson & Rick Wakeman, respectively. All shows start at 8 p.m. Check the website for additional ticket information.

In an attempt to reclaim money from a white-collar swindler, a group of condominium workers ban together and form a plan to get their pensions back in “Tower Heist.” This flick opens on Friday and stars Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy and Matthew Broderick.

For those in the mood for a suspense thriller, check out “The Son of No One,” starring Al Pacino, Channing Tatum, Ray Liotta and Tracy Morgan. Following an unsolved murder in a cop’s neighborhood, secrets emerge and drama ensues.

The funnymen are back in “A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas” this Friday. These stoner friends take viewers on a trip through some holiday fun. Starring John Cho and Kal Penn.

Sunday Night Football

Eleanor Rigby’s offers up a solid Sunday night football special, featuring $3 domestic bottles and pints, $4 imported pints, $5 thin crust pizza and $2.50 for two hot dogs, as well as 25 cent wings with a minimum purchase of 20. Unwind after the weekend with the good friends, delicious drinks and tasty food while watching the big game.
