Nightlife in Mineola This Weekend

All the hot spots to check out the weekend of November 18-20 in Mineola.

After a long, hard week at work you deserve some fun. Concerts, contests and entertainment, we’ve got you covered when it comes to nightlife in the village. Let us be your guide to all the fun in town for all the hottest spots to check out this weekend in Mineola. Every Friday, we’ll be running down the hottest spots in Mineola to plan your weekend.

Concerts

See “Tribute” at  this Friday evening. Come back on Saturday to catch local favorite “The Generators” perform. All shows begin at 8 p.m. and there is no cover charge.

Tony Bennett will take the stage at the NYCB Theatre at Westbury on both Friday and Saturday evening. Check the website for additional ticket information.

The Last Internationale will play at the on Saturday at 9 p.m. Open to those over the age of 21 only.

Theater

 Theatre and Dance Department will present “” on Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Little Theatre on campus. Tickets are free for college students with a student ID and $9 for others.

Thespian Troupe 276 will stake the stage in “” this Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door.

The day has finally come for the many “Twilight” fanatics out there. The “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part I” opens on Friday. This flick follows Edward and Bella getting married. Bella becomes pregnant and drama with Jacob ensues. Starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner.

Get in the holiday spirit with “Happy Feet Two,” which follows the fun loving penguins as they attempt to protect their penguin group. Starring Elijah Wood, Robin William and Brad Pitt.

Sunday Night Football

The  brings a new Sunday night flavor to town: Schlitz and Yuengling pints, as well as Bud, Coors and Miller bottles are all available for $3. There will be discounts on liquor and all craft beers. The bar boosts 11 LCD TVs – perfect for watching the big game.

Head over to  to catch the game on Sunday and Monday night. They have $3 Bud, Hanley’s and Miller pints, as well as 25-cent wings. A great way to enjoy the game while indulging in delicious food with friends.
