No. 84 - Obtain a Mineola Leisure Pass

After a long winter, it's important for residents to renew or sign up for their 2011 leisure pass.

When the weather finally starts to get warmer the Mineola Leisure Pass gets put to good use – if you happen to have one.

The will be opening on Saturday, June 18 and no residents will be allowed in unless they have a valid leisure pass.

Although the application process began back in February, residents with the proper proof of identification can register for a pass throughout the entire summer. A pass required in order to utilize the facilities within the village.

With a leisure pass children can have the opportunity to take part in free group swimming lessons through the that will be offered for a three-week period. Sign up begins on Saturday, June 25 to help teach your children to swim. Group lessons will be 30 minutes long.
