One year after Hurricane Sandy battered Mineola, there are signs that most of life has returned to normal; repairs have been made, fallen trees removed or replaced.
We decided to take a look back a year ago on Oct. 29, 2012 and head out to those same places that were devastated 365 days ago to share with you our before and after photos from around the village.
