Winthrop Readies Christmas Tree for 2011 Lighting

crew members were busy Thursday afternoon trimming the giant Norway Spruce with Christmas lights and getting it ready for its lighting later this month.
Two of the workers spent just a fraction of their time Thursday afternoon hanging a fraction of the 1,280 nine-watt bulbs on the 55-ft. tree, which will be lit during a ceremony on November 30 at 4:45 p.m.
