1 Museum Dr Roslyn NY 11576  See map

Inspired by the museum’s current exhibition, Sculpture/Jim Dine/Pinocchio, children will explore the art of Jim Dine through his Pinocchio prints and sculpture and will celebrate the season by making kites embellished with silkscreen prints. Like Dine, children will turn everyday objects into works of art.

A fun-filled family day of gallery tours, supervised art making and family photos taken with Dine’s sculptures. Weather permitting, part of this event will take place outdoors on the museum grounds.

Museum admission plus $5 per family material fee.

Advance reservations are required for this event; walk-ins accommodated only on a space-available basis.

Register at nassaumuseum.org/events.

Weekends only there is a $2 parking fee (members, free).

I'm sorry Marie but there is no information about when the project will actually start. TheRead More developer had requested an extension from the board at a previous meeting and we do not know of a firm start date. When we do receive one, we will most certainly publish it.
