Saint Peter’s Marechiaro

Visions of seaside dining in Sicily are conjured with PastaVino's Saint Peter's Marechiaro.

Chef Giuseppe Carioto draws from his native Sicily for this typical dish, which highlights the bounty of the sea, which when translated into English means “sea light.”

The Dish: Saint Peter’s Marechiaro

What’s In It: a filet of tilapia (also known as St. Peter’s fish) is served over a bed of linguini tossed with clams, shrimp and mussels in a light tomato sauce.
