There’s nothing like a brand new office building in which to start a business or relocate to a bigger space. For the past 2 years, there has been an available office space at 212 Jericho Turnpike, on the corner of Jericho Turnpike and Mineola Boulevard.
The owner, Alvino Desousa bought the open space 2 years ago when there was no building on the site opting to construct an office building fill the vacant lot.
The space was also the campaign headquarters of Sen. Jack Martins during the 2010 election.
The 17,000 square feet space is aligned with tan and beige smooth stone and the class doors are welcoming. Currently Desousa says the property is up for rent or sale and prices are negotiable. However, the sales tax will be discussed with buyers who contact him.
The office building is located at 212 Jericho Turnpike and Desousa is always available to take calls.
