1-800-Flowers Carle Place Celebrates National Nurses Week at Winthrop University-Hospital

In celebration of the holiday, the Carle Place-based 1-800-Flowers shop will be recognizing the nurses at Winthrop University-Hospital on Monday, May 5th! To kick-off the week, which recognizes personnel who serve our country to care for others, lifestyle expert Julie McCann Mulligan will be on site to conduct DYI demos from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Monday, May 5th, during a DIY Floral Decorating for the Home Demonstration.

1-800-Flowers.com employees will be at the Hospital to recognize each nurse with flowers, while taking pre-Mother's Day orders with an exclusive discount for nurses which can be used at a later date. Nurses will also have the opportunity to participate in raffles to win gift baskets, truly original floral arrangements, plants and more.
