Judge Blocks Release of J-WOWW Nude Photos

Court finds "Jersey Shore" starlet's ex did not have permission to sell photos.

J-WOWW’s assets won’t be seeing the light of day anytime soon.

Judge Jeffrey Brown rendered a decision Wednesday afternoon that  and videos of Jenni Farley, who goes by her DJ moniker “J-WOWW.”

The photos were taken by Farley’s ex, Thomas Lippolis of Oyster Bay, and reportedly show the Jersey Shore starlet before and after she had surgery in Feb. 2010. Court filings do not specify the nature of the surgery. The buxom Franklin Square resident has admitted to having breast enhancement surgery in the past. Lippolis was allegedly seeking to sell the photographs around Sept. 2010 to several tabloid publications.

Lippolis is also suing Farley for $350,000, money he claims she owes him, alleging that he acted as Farley’s manager when the two were a couple.

At one time Farley had been rumored to be posing for Playboy, a claim Lippolis put forth in papers but which the court found irrelevant.

Wednesday’s decision states that Lippolis did not obtain Farley’s written permission to use the photographs and videos “for purposes of advertising or trade” and would cause irreparable harm to her reputation.

According to New York privacy and civil rights law, Farley is entitled to damages and the case will move to arbitration where a final decision on the photos will be made.
