Many Mineola residents were still without power Saturday, the result of the recent storm which dumped torrential downpours across the area and snapped power lines across the village.
At about 1:20 p.m., the LIPA service outage map reported that 2,200 residents were without power in the village, but that number was estimated at less than five as of 2 p.m.
According to LIPA the service would be fully restored at about 2:30 p.m. this afternoon.
Has the LIPA service been better after this storm as ? Let us know in the comments!
