Tracking Friday Blizzard Snowfall

Long Island is expecting up to 12 inches of snow this weekend. See how many inches have fallen in your area with our LIVE map.

The National Weather Service map shows snowfall in the past 24 hours. It is updated every six hours.

This is not a map showing overall snow depth, it only tracks the amount of snow that has fallen in the past day. The map is centered around the red marker, which is in the middle of Patch's coverage area.

I'm sorry Marie but there is no information about when the project will actually start. TheRead More developer had requested an extension from the board at a previous meeting and we do not know of a firm start date. When we do receive one, we will most certainly publish it.
