VIDEO: Girl Scouts Hand Out Cookies to Jurors

Girl Scouts celebrate Juror Appreciation Day and World Thinking Day.

While not every resident likes serving jury duty, those who were at the Nassau Supreme Court House Wednesday morning were given something to make the day a little more bearable: cookies handed out by the Girl Scouts.

As part of Juror Appreciation Day and World Thinking Day a number of Girl Scouts thanked jurors for serving the public on Wednesday by wheeling out carts of multi-colored boxes containing the tasty treats..

World Thinking Day is a day for girl scouts all over the world to think about their fellow Girl Scouts.

I'm sorry Marie but there is no information about when the project will actually start. TheRead More developer had requested an extension from the board at a previous meeting and we do not know of a firm start date. When we do receive one, we will most certainly publish it.
