PASTA MAKING CLASS By Chef and Sommelier Nikki Cascone of Bravo's Top Chef at The Meat House
Learn how to make pasta by a Top Chef pro dubbed “the human pasta machine” by Padma Lakshmi. $65 per person Learn to make at least 3 different types of pasta. Chef Nikki demo’s a simple, fresh pasta dish w/ market ingredients. Taste the dish that Nikki demo’s for the class. Chef Nikki will demonstrate & teach you how to make pasta dough with Buckwheat, Semolina and Whole Wheat Flour. Students will learn to make the pasta dough, roll & cut it using a hand crank or electric pasta machine. Nikki will then prepare a simple dish with the freshly made pasta and selected seasonal ingredients from the market for all to sample!
