Local Kids Yoga Class Offerings Expand

RACTICE Body, Mind Soul Company is offering a new winter schedule beginning this week through May 23, 2014.  PRACTICEkids Yoga offerings include Mommy & Baby Classes, Kids classes (Preschool to Tweens), Pajama Yoga, Family Yoga, and Teens classes.  Parent/Child partner classes are a fun way t explore learning with your child and offer many possibilities for fun, creating memories, and laying the foundation for a lifelong practice.
