Anna McDermott of Mineola, NY, passed away on Feb. 24, 2013 at the age of 100.
She was the wife of the late John Sr; mother of Patricia, Ann, Mary, John Jr., James and Kathleen; grandmother of John Jr., MaryPat, Matthew Colleen, William, Richard Suzanne, Diana, Philip, Christopher, John III, Michael, Jayne; James Jr., Colleen, Kevin; great-grandmother of John Jr, Garrit, Kevin, Lindsay, Katy, Jimmy, Jake, Boaz, Kristen, Megan, Philip, Dana, Eric; Dylan, Arielle, Kayla, Lucas, Elisa, Christopher Jr., William, Jake, Nolan, Sean, Gavin, Margaret, Elizabeth, Matthew.
A wake will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 27 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Weigand Bros. Funeral Home, 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. at St Aidan's Church with interment at Ascension Cemetery in Airmont, NY.
