Helen Koenig of Melbourne, FL, formerly of Mineola, NY, passed away on Feb. 5, 2013. She was born on June 30, 1933.
She was the wife of the late Edward; mother of Diane Donia (David), Edward Koenig and Patricia Franzino (Michael); grandmother of Katherine Donia and OliviaDonia; companion of Holly. She is also survived by her siblings John, Mary and Martin.
A wake was held on Feb. 10 at Weigand Bros Funeral Home in Williston Park, NY. A funeral Mass was held on Feb. 11 at Corpus Christi Church in Mineola with interment at St. Charles Cemetery.
