Ruth (Plummer) Fitch Rolanti passed away on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013 at the age of 89 at Midlebrook Farms Trumbull. She was born in Mineola, Long Island on Dec. 21, 1923 to the late Edmund and Rose Plummer.
She was the widow of Eldon Fitch and Victor Rolanti and is survived by four children and their spouses: Thomas and Kathleen Fitch of Stratford, CT, Mary and Daniel Reilly of Enfield, CT, Ruth and Michael Quah of Farmington Hills, MI, and Margaret and William Yu of Hong Kong.
She is also survived by six grandchildren, two sisters and one brother in Pittsfield, MA.; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by and infant daughter and one sister.
All Services will be private. The family requests that memorial donations be made to VITAS Innovative Hospice, 99 Hawley Lane, Stratford, CT 06614.
