Born in Mineola, NY, she graduated from Drew University and her adventurous spirit brought her to Minnesota in the mid-1970's. She was married in 1988 to her husband, Chris and they raised two daughters, Michelle (21) and Danielle (23). She loved to travel whether it was close to home on camping trips or across the world, all the while bringing her family and friends making lifelong memories.
She took pride in her private garden from which she would harvest fresh ingredients for cooking. She loved having holidays where she would prepare numerous dishes for her family and friends to enjoy. Her caring soul extended through RUMC church where she ran a thrift store to help those less fortunate. Never one to allow anyone feel left out, Ginger could draw out the best in people.
She is missed by many, but she has left a lasting legacy among those who knew her. Preceded in death by her father, Edwin Douglas Pfirman. She is also survived by her mother, Adelaide Pfirman; sister, Nancy; brother, Carl and many other relatives and friends.
