A Flu Shot Today Can Keep the Doctor Away

Assemblyman Tom McKevit hosts annual flu shot program.

This past week my office hosted our annual flu shot clinic, administering 255 flu shots to Nassau County residents over the age of 60.

I want to gave special thanks to all those who helped make this year’s clinic a huge success.

This flu shot program always relies on the enormous help of the East Meadow Public Library and Nassau University Medical Center. It is imperative for older members of the community to receive their annual flu shot, and I am happy to find a way to help facilitate this program. With the difficult winter months fast approaching, it is a smart choice for community members to receive their flu shots.
