Senator Schumer and noise.

Senator Schumer is out there "urging" again!!!
This time he is still unhappy that the FAA has not done enough to reduce helicopter noise out east on long Island.

See http://www.schumer.senate.gov/Newsroom/record.cfm?id=351801

Please ask ( maybe demand) people on your respective mailing lists to call and email his long island and Washington Offices and tell the Senator to "urge" Secretary Foxx and Administrator Huerta to change some commercial aircraft traffic takeoff and landing patterns to see if complaints go down.
He's trying that with helicopter noise, why not with commercial aircraft noise. ( I know why, its just a rhetorical question!!)

Contact information for Schumer is at
http://www.schumer.senate.gov/Contact/office_locations.htm#was. And for good measure, here is Senator Gillibrand's page with contact information
It might also be a good idea for people to call their other elected
officials and tell them to complain to our Senators.
Schumer and his staff are treating us like fools! The unmitigated nerve of this guy.
