Mineola Crime Blotter: Stolen Laptop, Toothpaste and More Graffiti

Third Precinct police responded to the following calls September 10 – 16 in Mineola.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department Third Precinct. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Mineola


Aug. 5: A laptop was reportedly stolen at the Mineola LIRR station at about 5:30 a.m.

Sept 3: an unknown amount of money was stolen from a business on Jericho Turnpike.

Sept. 10: Graffiti was discovered on a structure on Liberty Avenue.

Sept. 10-11: a black mens wallet containing cash and credit cards was reported stolen.

Aug. 16-31: A Nikon D40 camera was reportedly stolen from a store on Willis Avenue.

Aug. 29- Sept. 4: An unknown amount of money was stolen from a residence on Winthrop Street.

Sept. 14: a wallet containing a debit card was reportedly stolen at 214 Hillside Ave.

Sept. 14: three or four tubes of toothpaste were reportedly stolen from a Willis Avenue business.
