Mineola Fire Department Honors Santosus for 50 Years of Service

Ex-Chief presented with numerous awards and citations for decades of service.

On March 16, the Mineola Fire Department honored ex-Chief Lou Santosus for his 50 years of service to the department as part of the Fiftieth Anniversary Ceremony of Company One at the Swan Club in Roslyn.

Numerous public officials including Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy, NY Sen. Jack Martins, NY Assemblyman Edward Ra, members of the Mineola Village Board, East Williston Deputy Mayor Bonnie Parente as well as members from the local fire departments came out to honor Santosus, presenting him with numerous certificates and citations for his decades of service.

I'm sorry Marie but there is no information about when the project will actually start. TheRead More developer had requested an extension from the board at a previous meeting and we do not know of a firm start date. When we do receive one, we will most certainly publish it.
