Lynbrook Police have arrested a Mineola man for allegedly selling alcohol to underage individual.
According to police, Mineola resident Dilip M. Shah, 55, was at 9:05 p.m. and charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child.
Police say that the defendant, while employed as a clerk at , located at 393 Sunrise Hightway, allegedly sold one 750 ML bottle of Whipped Cream Smirnoff Vodka to a 16-year-old youth.
