Police Searching for Mineola CVS Robbery Suspect

Suspect made off with unknown amount of money from Mineola store early Thursday morning.

Nassau County Police are searching for a suspect who robbed the CVS store at 17 East Jericho Turnpike in Mineola early Thursday morning.

According to detectives, at about 3:35 a.m. Thursday, an unknown male white subject entered the CVS store and demanded money from a 22-year-old male store employee who was standing behind the counter.

The store clerk placed an unknown amount of money into a bag and the subject fled the scene on foot eastbound on Jericho Turnpike. No injuries were reported.

The subject is further described as 5’6” tall, medium build, green eyes, wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding this crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.

I'm sorry Marie but there is no information about when the project will actually start. TheRead More developer had requested an extension from the board at a previous meeting and we do not know of a firm start date. When we do receive one, we will most certainly publish it.
