How many other crimes/burglaries have occurred at Birchwood Court? Interestingly, there are quite a few apartments listed for sale in that complex!

I have been a resident at Birchwood for almost 3 years and never felt unsafe until this recent instance.

I have been a resident for over 6 years and have always felt safe there. The complex is clean and well-kept. It's close to the train, a good hospital, and shopping. Although this incident concerns me break-ins can happen anywhere even with alarm systems and 24hour security.

On another note...Darlene, I don't think you should be making assumptions by making such a statement as I know a few apartments for sale and a few of the reasons they are for sale is because the person is elderly and has gone into a nursing home, they lost their job, or they have more than one child now and need more room for their growing family. To assume apartments are for sale because of an unsafe environment without proper knowledge is ignorant and presumptious. Birchwood Court happens to be one of the nicest co-operative complexes I have seen in the area.
