TD Bank Robbed Again

The bank robber got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The at the corner of Jericho Turnpike and Herricks Road in Mineola was robbed Tuesday morning.

According to Nassau County detectives, around 8:35 a.m. a male subject entered TD Bank, located at 540 Jericho Turnpike, and passed a bank employee a note which threatened force and demanded money.

The employee complied and gave the subject an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. The subject then fled the scene on foot northbound on Herricks Road.

According to police, six employees were present in the bank at the time of the robbery. No injuries were reported.

The subject is described as a black male, approximately 5’7"-5’8” tall, stocky build, dark complexion, wearing dark clothing, a dark baseball cap and carrying a black plastic garbage bag.
