Mineola Women to be Honored at 2011 “Women of Distinction” Awards
Assemblyman Tom McKevitt hosted his fifth annual awards ceremony Saturday.
New York State , R-East Meadow, will hold his fifth annual “Women of Distinction” awards Saturday. Women from across the 17th Assembly District are set to be honored, including two with connections to Mineola.
The ceremony will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Albertson VFW Hall, located at 155 Searingtown Rd.in Albertson.
