Between three to five inches of snow is forecast to hit the area on Tuesday, December 10.

Mineola residents and businesses are reminded by village officials that all vehicles must be removed from all streets once 2 inches of snow has fallen.

Vehicles must remain off streets until 24 hours after snowfall ends or until plowing is completed, whichever event first occurs.

Code Enforcement officers will be on duty to enforce snow regulations.

"Mineola residents and businesses are reminded by village officials that all vehicles must be removed from all streets once 2 inches of snow has fallen." How exactly are residents being reminded? I never got a notice or reminder. I live on the border of Mineola. There are no signs on Roslyn Road or Jericho, or Hillside that I can see. Where exactly are these Snow Regulation Parking signs? How are new Mineola residents supposed to be aware of these regulations? From the judge after they receive a ticket?
