Mineola village offices will be closed a half-day on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013 in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
The holiday collection schedule for this week is as follows:
- If your normal collection days are Monday and Thursday, your garbage will be collected on Tuesday and Thursday.
- If your normal collection days are Tuesday and Friday, your garbage will be collected Wednesday and Friday.
- Recycling, rubbish and newspaper collection will remain unchanged.
- Yard Waste will be collected on Friday, Jan.25, 2013
Residents and businesses are kindly reminded not to place trash on the curb until the collection days.
