Students from both the Mineola School District and Chaminade High School had yet another day off Thursday as the Nor’Easter snowstorm blanketed the Long Island area with a heavy coat of snow, making roads impassable and shutting down service on the Long Island Railroad.
The closings were announced on the Chaminade school website late Wednesday and on the Mineola District website.
