The Mineola High School A Cappella group honored the victims of the tragic shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT earlier this month by dedicating a song in their memory during the winter concert on Dec. 18, 2012.
The Coldplay song, entitled “Fix You” was “dedicated to the victims and all those impacted by the Sandy Hook tragedy” according to the user who uploaded the video to YouTube. “We hope we may find a beacon of light amidst this fog of darkness. Not everything remains broken, not everything can be fixed, but we can always try.”
