Mineola Elementary Students Put New Facilities to Work First Day

Students greeted by new spaces on first day back in school.

Students in the Mineola Union Free School District headed back to school on Wednesday and were greeted by some newly completed construction at some of the district’s buildings.

The features an entirely new wing that houses a state-of-the-art library, music room and art room for its K-2 students.

Other completed construction projects include an art room at the , science rooms at and two new classrooms at .

I'm sorry Marie but there is no information about when the project will actually start. TheRead More developer had requested an extension from the board at a previous meeting and we do not know of a firm start date. When we do receive one, we will most certainly publish it.
