Mineola Schools Respond to School Bus Terror Threat

Threat now considered not credible by State Education Department.

Following a story about a reported across New York State, Mineola School District officials say that the threat has been deemed “non-credible.”

The threat came in the form of an email to state officials on April 1 and also included specific threats of violence against New York State office buildings and members of the state legislature.

The email, with the words “Time to Kill” in the subject line, was released to Long Island school districts Tuesday.
