Mineola Soccer Advances to 2012 Mustang Cup Finals

Mustangs to face Lynbrook Saturday morning.

The Mineola Boys Varsity Soccer team earned themselves a spot in the finals of their own tournament Friday afternoon, getting a 1-0 win over Locust Valley on the backfield of .

It will be a season of first for many on the Mineola squad, not only since it was their first game of the season, but due to the fact that the team is such a young squad.

GK Andrew Pereira earned his first varsity win and shutout in his first varsity start, while sophomore Daniel Pardo made the winning goal at 3:14 into the second half unassisted.

I'm sorry Marie but there is no information about when the project will actually start. TheRead More developer had requested an extension from the board at a previous meeting and we do not know of a firm start date. When we do receive one, we will most certainly publish it.
