Mustangs Track Places Pair in Friendship Games Championships

A total of 23 Mineola track stars competed across a total of 10 events throughout the meet, including the 1,000, 1,600 and 3,200 meter dashes, the high hurdles and a pair of four man relay races.

While the Mustangs may not have taken home every trophy, the team made a show by placing senior Nuno Tinoco third in the 1,600 meter championship and sophomore Fred Lang achieving fourth place overall in the 3,200 meter championship.
