Mineola residents will pause over Memorial Day Weekend to remember those who gave their lives in defense of our country.
The American Legion Memorial Post 349 will host the annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremonies on Monday at 11 a.m., beginning at Wilson Park to Mineola Memorial Park Veterans Monument, where a service begins at 12 p.m.
In case of rain, the service will be held in the Mineola Village Community Center at 155 Washington Avenue.
