Village Board Meeting: The village board will hold their regular meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the village hall

War of 1812 Exhibit: The Mineola Library is hosting an exhibit commemorating the 200 year anniversary of the War of 1812 (fought between 1812-1815), and tells the stories of heroic US Navy crews in battles on the oceans and Great Lakes, as well as the contributions of sailors in celebrated battles from Canada to Louisiana.

Bereavement Support: The Town of North Hempstead is hosting a bereavement support group in conjunction with Project Independence at 2 p.m. this afternoon in Post Washington.
