More than 200 people sashayed the night away at the May 16 Girl Scout Daisy and Brownie square dance. The annual event was held by the WARM (Williston, Albertson, Roslyn, and Mineola) Association.
The Girl Scout slogan, "Do a good turn daily," was evident at the dance, as a service project is attached to every event. The Girl Scouts collected more than 100 cans of food to help those in need at the Interfaith Nutrition Network.
