Community Corner

No. 92 - Volunteer with the Girl Scouts

The Nassau County Girl Scouts are always looking for new volunteers to join the community.

Girl Scouting provides a learning environment for girls ages six through 18 to develop decision-making and leadership skills as well as activities to improve society.

With more than 22,000 girl scouts in Nassau County, volunteers are always welcome to help contribute to the Girl Scout Program.

Parents of Girl Scouts and local residents are encouraged to volunteer by sharing their time and creativity. Whether it is an hour, a day, a weekend or more; whatever time you can invest will enhance the scouts and their programs.
