Mineola: Open for Business After Sandy

If you need to go out, these places are open and have stuff to buy.

Although you should really stay home, if you need to run out for something, several businesses throughout Mineola that are open.

As of 1 p.m., many businesses along Mineola Boulevard are open, but stores north of Grant Street reportedly do not have power.

Panera Bread will not allow people to charge their phones or use wi/fi so don't bother going there. Apparently according to an employee they are not trying to be mean but they don't have enough power because too many people came and wanted to sit.
