Mineola Welcomes New Owners of Andiamo
Mayor Strauss helps at ribbon cutting of new Main Street restaurant.
Mineola Mayor Scott Strauss and other officials from the Village of Mineola officially welcomed the new owners of the Andiamo restaurant to the village recently.
Translated in English as “leg’s go,” Andiamo is located at the former site of PastaVino on Main Street.
While both from New Jersey, restaurant proprietors Jeana Vimbor and Paul Saliski say that they came to Long Island specifically to open the Mineola restaurant and will be relocating their homes to the area in the future.
