What would like to see replace the showrooms at 224-226 Jericho Turnpike?

Two vacant store fronts, each 1,700 square feet, are available at 224-226 Jericho Turnpike. The street-level shops, which are approved for retail or office space, have been vacant for at least 2 years.

The last occupant at 224 Jericho Turnpike was Parallax, a private wholesale company that sold casino equipment and supplies.

According to LoopNet Inc., which describes itself as the No. 1 commercial real estate service online, the storefronts, with a combined 3,400 square, are available for $540,000 (combined), or $161.47 per square foot.

The storefronts are located near Mineola Boulevard, two doors down from  and across the street from .
