Nassau Executive Building Decorated with Flags for Veterans
Money raised from purchasing flags will go to support veterans' groups.
This past Wednesday the Nassau County Executive Building in Mineola had a few more flags flying than usual as veterans’ groups were at the location selling flags in order to help fund services for their fellow former military members.
The flags, which cost $35 each, were placed on the front lawn of the building and are still in place on the front lawn.
Flags were able to be purchased through Blu Chip Marketing at 631-337-1603 or by sending $35 and the name of an honoree to 1550 Franklin Ave., Mineola.
