Agnes Delaportes of Mineola, NY, passed away on March 12, 2012.
She was born in New York City on Aug. 20, 1921.
Delaportes was the wife of the late John; mother of Margaret Kitz (the late Harry) and Jerome Delaportas (Catherine); grandmother of Jennifer Caraturo (Frank) and Valerie DiGregorie (Demmy); great-grandmother of Sophia Rose Caraturo. Also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.
A wake was haled on on Thursday, March 14 at Weigand Bros, Funeral Home in Williston Park, NY. A funeral service was held Friday, March 15 at St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church in Hempstead, NY with interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
